feat(website): add search-intent titles, FAQ schema, and breadcrumbs

Give Google unique snippets and FAQ rich results, and keep robots/sitemap from being cached as HTML.

+1. Home `#faq` shows the five Q&As from `faq.json`.
+2. Built `dist/index.html` includes `FAQPage` JSON-LD with the same questions.
